Members arrive around 10am and chat over tea or coffee, followed by group exercises, or a quiz, or you can take advantage of:

Shop trolley selling useful items of food, toiletries etc.

Big selection of greetings cards

A delicious and healthy 2-course lunch is served at 12 

Entertainment in the afternoon- a great variety of unusual acts

Afternoon tea and biscuits

Throughout the year there are seasonal activities such as:

Special lunch to celebrate Easter

Annual outing

Summer tea parties, especially when something important happens like the Queen's Jubilee

A traditional Christmas Lunch is served at our last session before Christmas
